User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to train your chatbots. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services.

You may not use Brainix for any illegal purposes, to harass others, or to distribute malicious content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
Brainix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
